For Singapore's 60th National Day, I represented Republic Polytechnic as a dancer for the Act 1 of NDP - Our People, Our Diversity.

Despite having no background in dance, I took up the opportunity to challenge myself and to celebrate my own identity as a Singaporean. The journey was challenging and grueling, having spent my weekends on practices to perfect the item and learning how to dance.

However, the experience was worthwhile; being able to meet and work with amazing people and really honing a craft I was not familiar with. Going through this journey also deepened my pride of being a Singaporean and acted as a medium to express my gratitude towards my nation. 

This journey spanned 8 months, starting in January and ending in August
